Broke people food
Dude I love buttered noodles
Being a buttered noodle lover since a kid I've perfected my own take om the dish after years of 5-10 min cooks. My version of pasta al burro includes the pre emusification of an egg yolk and herbs, into the desired ammount of butter - oregano, basel, pepper - after which a boiled clove of garlic per serving, is mashed and added to it, the process is the same except that the water from the boiled garlic is used along side the starchy pasta water to make the dish. I would be very flattered if you were to give it a try, maybe elevate it a bit so I can enjoy my buttered noodle even more. Try it out. Great channel!
do americans call pasta “noodles” ?
The sesh at the end was really what the people wanted. Brava
I'd really like to see a cannibalism special. Hannibal, Alive, South Park...
Buttered pasta is great with a dash of garlic powder and served with freshly ground pepper
So it's basically Alfredo pasta minus the parmesan!

I gotta stop watching these videos at like 2am-5am so I don't make a full course meal in the middle of the night....

Is it just me that considers buttered noodles to be ramen noodles? Not spaghetti, egg noodles or straight up pasta?
Me, an uneducated fool: Crème Fraîche Babish, an intellectual: Krem Fresh

"WHAT ARE YOU JAMMING OUT TO AT THE END" he asked Andrew, intensely, in the comment section.
Buttered noodles (with an ungodly amount of Parmigiano) are my number one comfort food... I grew up eating them on a regular basis and they were also the only thing I could manage to keep down as a kid whenever I was sick. They're not part of my diet anymore, but to this day when I'm sick, too tired to cook or in need for some good ol' comfort, they're my go-to.
Looks like carbonara to me
Damnit babish, stop it with the forced pronunciations of foreign words, I cringed so hard at "pasta ell burrrro as the italians call it" I cracked a pre-molar. Expect a dentistry bill.
Never heard of buttered noodles. Looked bland. Tried it today and OMG it’s delicious!

Upstate New York gang😎😎
Ideas: -Butter Cookies from an old episode of Arthur (PBS.) Butter cookies with a strawberry, peanuts, chocolate chips, peach slices, bananas, and a raisin. -Noodle Caboodle from Family Guy (FOX.) Don’t forget to sub in M&Ms since Lois ran out of Paprika.
I like my buttered noodles with cheese powder and milk and served with pepper.
I never did buttered noodles but soya sauce noodles or salt noodles where a mainstay of my childhood. Ramen packets, spaghetti, any leftover bits at the end of the pasta pack, a splash of soya sauce and you've got a meal.
I was half way through my twenties before I'd ever heard of people eating this.
I swear thats kerigold butter on the left
